These Terms apply solely to the public Celios.AI website and associated online content. They do not govern any Celios.AI software platform, operational environment, or services provided under separate customer agreements.

Celios.AI™ and all related content, software architecture, data models, algorithms, and documentation are proprietary to IntePros Federal, Inc. Certain innovations within Celios.AI are the subject of U.S. and international patent applications (Patent Pending).

 

All intellectual property rights, including patents (pending or issued), copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights, remain exclusively with IntePros Federal, Inc.

No license or right to use any patent, trademark, or other intellectual property is granted or implied by your access to or use of this Site. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or derivative works creation based on Celios.AI technology or materials is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in federal or state courts located in Massachusetts. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

U.S. Government Users

Use of the Site by or on behalf of the United States Government constitutes acknowledgment that the Site and its content are provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Government users will receive only those rights customarily provided to the public, consistent with FAR 12.211 and 12.212.

Termination

IntePros Federal may, at its discretion and without notice, terminate or suspend access to the Site for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and IntePros Federal regarding use of the Site and supersede all prior communications or understandings related to its subject matter.
